An accessible yet challenging live yoga class and conversation hosted on Zoom! The first Sunday of every month all proceeds go to a local inspiring organization!

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please do so at least 12 hours in advance. If you must cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment please email info@groundwell.co. Please be aware a $20 cancellation fee is subject to apply to late cancellations for wellness coaching and private movement sessions.
