Mission

GroundWell exists at the intersection of movement, presence, and community. Founded by Lindsay Janisse — Broadway dancer, movement educator, and lifelong student of the body — GroundWell brings intelligent, anatomy-informed experiences to individuals, teams, and travelers seeking something more intentional than the ordinary.

 

Whether in a weekly session, a corporate activation, or an immersive retreat, the work is the same: meet people where they are, move with purpose, and create space for something real to happen.
