Aside from being incredibly knowledgable and professional, one of the most impressive things about Lindsay is that she is highly attuned to the way my body is working throughout the exercises and can guide me in real time when something is being over-worked or not being used in the right way. I've worked with many different people who are clearly aware of the anatomy and physiology of the body, but Lindsay is the first person who I feel like is really along for the ride with me and finds the perfect balance between challenge and safety, both in the moment and with the way the exercises change over time."
