With mindful movement, nourishing food, restorative practices, and indulgent self-care, this is your chance to pause, reset, and step back into city life with a refreshed outlook for the year ahead.

Retreat Includes

Yoga + Pilates

Begin your day with an energizing blend of pilates and vinyasa designed to connect you to your strength and stability. In the afternoon, unwind with a soothing yin yoga practice to soften into stillness and release tension. Together, these two sessions offer a balanced blend of movement and mindfulness that will leave you grounded and renewed.

Retreat Details

Nourishing Vegetarian Food

Enjoy a thoughtfully catered vegetarian lunch prepared by best selling cookbook author & certified holistic nutritionist Katie Webber. The menu is designed to nourish and restore, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients. Guests will also enjoy morning coffee and refreshments, followed by an afternoon happy hour to close the day on a warm and social note.

Guided Reflection & Intention Setting

Step into 2026 with clarity, peace, and a renewed sense of purpose. Through guided reflection, we will look back on the growth and lessons of 2025 before turning our focus toward the year ahead. This session offers space to reconnect with your goals, align with your values, and set clear intentions for the future.

Reiki & Sound Energy Healing

Cleanse and reset your energy for the year ahead in a restorative session featuring Reiki with Caroline Pitts and a sound bath with Susan Conrad. This experience is designed to support deep relaxation and emotional balance. Together, the healing vibrations and energetic guidance create a peaceful close to the day’s practice.

Full Day Reset

$225 per person

Join us for a full day of restoration and renewal that includes active movement, a nourishing vegetarian lunch, guided reflection, yin yoga, Reiki, a soundbath, and afternoon refreshments. This option offers a complete and spacious retreat experience designed to carry you from morning to evening in a fully immersive, deep reset.

Half-Day Reset

$115 per person

Choose from a morning or afternoon half day experience. The morning session includes active movement and a catered vegetarian lunch. The afternoon session includes guided reflection, yin yoga, Reiki, a soundbath, and a curated wine and cheese happy hour. Spots are limited, offering a meaningful deep reset with added flexibility.

Not Included

Travel to and from the retreat venue.

Lindsay is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor with over a decade of experience helping people move with strength, intention, and ease. A former Broadway dancer, she blends her deep movement background with training in yoga, Pilates, and functional strength to create sessions that are personalized, empowering, and deeply restorative.

Lindsay offers dynamic, hybrid classes designed to meet you where you are—helping you reconnect with your body, breathe deeply, and move toward your healthiest self.

Sarah began practicing yoga to support her life as a mover and performer, and over time it became a deeply grounding part of her mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. As a teacher, she focuses on creating classes that feel accessible, intentional, and spacious, inviting students to build awareness, strength, and ease at their own pace. Her philosophy centers on movement as a pathway to connection, curiosity, and self-understanding. Sarah also loves bringing people together through retreat experiences rooted in community, openness, and adventure, offering space for shared growth and meaningful reset.

Full Day Reset Schedule

9:30am - Morning Coffe & Refreshments


10:00am - Active Movement (Yoga + Pilates)


11:30am - Brunch


1:00pm - Guided Meditation, Reflection, Intention & Goal Setting Exercise


2:00pm - Yin Yoga with Soundbath + Reiki


3:00pm - Festive Happy Hour

Morning half-day ends after brunch. Afternoon half-day begins after brunch.

Payment  & Terms

Reservation & Payment

Full payment is required to reserve your spot at the New Year City Reset. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, and at least one week before the event, are eligible for a full refund. After the first 24 hours following booking, all reservations are non-refundable. Any reservations made within one week of the event date are also non-refundable.


What’s Included

Your full-day retreat fee includes all scheduled activities, as well as food and refreshments throughout the day. Half-day registrations include all activities and refreshments offered within the specific time slot you select. Please note that travel to and from the retreat venue is not included.
