Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required to reserve your spot at the New Year City Reset. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund provided the cancellation occurs at least one week before the event date. After the initial 24-hour booking window, all reservations are non-refundable. All reservations made within one week of the event date are also non-refundable.
