30 minute wellness coaching consult and intake for new clients. Includes a detailed intake form and initial consult with Lindsay.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you must cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment please email lindsay@groundwell.co. A $35 cancellation fee will apply to late rental space cancellations within the 24 hour window.
