Service Description

30 minute wellness coaching consult and intake for new clients. Includes a detailed intake form and initial consult with Lindsay.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please do so at least 12 hours in advance. If you must cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment please email info@groundwell.co. Please be aware a $20 cancellation fee is subject to apply to late cancellations for wellness coaching and private movement sessions.
